Please be advised of our 24-hour Cancellation/No-Show policy; if your appointment is cancelled less than 24-hours prior to your appointment, 50% of your booked services will be auto-charged to the pre-authorized card provided in your file. Please note all pre-paid packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may only be used in the office which they were purchased. All deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable and may not be transferred to be used for a different service than what the deposit was originally given to be used for.
